Hi,

It seems that you may be having secondary bacterial infection. You should go for investigations to rule out DM,HIV and other immunocompromised conditions.
Improve immunity with immunoboosters. Antibiotics like cefixime and antiinflammatory drugs may improve the condition. SITZ bath in dettol containing water may enhance the improvement. You consult gynaec or dermatologist for perfect treatment. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
