What Could Be The Reason For Nose Bleeding Of A 11 Year Old Boy?
Hi my 11 year old boy started to nose bleed today before school and just now 10 minutes ago and was wondering if this is an allergy reaction or something else, I myself use to get nose bleeds when i was younger about his age too but they would go away and wouldnt get it again for months or not at all.

Nose bleeding in children is more likely to be nasal crust( drying of nasal secretion) and picking up the secretion by fingers can cause bleeding.
