What Could Be The Reason For My Gastric Problem For Last Five Years Other Than That I Had A Chest Pain And Headache Also Have Regular Blockage Of Nostrils And Mucus In Throat ?
I am male.My name is Manzoor Ahmad.I am 33 Unmarried.I have a gastric problem from last five years.Yesterday I was working at my place I feel lot of pain and uncomfortability in my chest .I also feel lot of pain in my left arm .I also feel headache .Lot of sweat was also come out.Ialso feel heavy pain in my legs and today I feel pain in my arms.What is the reason for all this please reply me. Other problems I face are - regular blockage of nostrils, Mucus in the throat .What is also reason for it. Please reply.

Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have viral infection giving you headache,bodyache etc.
This will be alright within 2-3 days.
Take some analgwsics.
For chest pain,please do not neglct by thinking gastric trouble.
Go for ECG to rule out coronary.
For headache go for blood pressure checking.
For your regular blocking of nostril,you might have allergic rhinitis.
Put some decongestant nasal drops and some anti histaminic.

first of all you have to do some basic tests related to your heart like ECG and some blood parameters
if all thing is ok then most probably its due to gastritis
the best way to combat gastritis is lifestyle modification
have small and frequent foods
drink lot of water
avoid spicy and oily foods. avoid alcohol and smoking, tea ,coffee
take more leafy green veg
avoid stress.if after all doing these and medications like proton pump inhibitors your problem is not resolving then you can go for endoscopy under the consultation of gastroenterologist for possible cause of hiatal hernia
since you have always blockage of nose or mucus in throat you have to rule out deviated nasal septum or any allergy or bronchitis if you have cough. consult an ENT specialist for that
