Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The pain in the tail bone may not be related to the tail bone. As she is having the loose motions and constipation it appears to be the pain related to the intestines, may be the amoebic colitis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms amikacin injection, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and mefanamic acid.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
