What Could Be The Reason For Having Left Trapezius Tightness, Left Arm Tremors And Pricking Sensation On My Fingers?

I have left trapezius tightness and also left arm tremors with tremors in the fingers. When my fingers are relaxed, tremors occurs and my ring finger will fall towards my little finger. I also feel some pricking sensations on my fingers occasionally. The symptoms also presented on the right side but less frequent and severe.
