What Could Be The Reason For Having Fever, Cough And Not Taking Any Food?

3 years child was suffering from fever which was rising upto 102 C with mild cough and lasted for 3- 4 days and patient was put on syp Augmentin. Now since 2-3 days he has no fever but weakness all over body and does not taking any food even dairy products as he has not taken milk and was breast feed for 2 years.
He is not taking food and can not walk or climb on stairs. there is no localized weakness.
now what we should do?

As fever is ok the weakness is known after episode fever so also if he has received antibiotics can cause weakness hence give him adequate fluid and vitamin syp ok
