What Could Be The Reason For Having Chronic Chest, Middle And Upper Back Pain That Goes Into My Left Shoulder?

Hi Dr, I have had chronic chest and middle and upper back pain that goes into my left shoulder and riuns under my left side and nausea and dizziness for years now. I have been to the dr s and cardiologist and had a stress test and had a heart ct done. They never found anything accept a small MVP. I m taking Lisinopril for BP. No one has any answers.

Hi
As you have meet cardiologist you might have got done all work up for heart.
You consult some good gestroentrologist
because there may be reflux of your stomach acid into oesophagus which may have pain since long and which is also associated with nausea and vomiting.
If needed get barium studies done or scopy to check the lower oesophagus valve.
