What Could Be The Reason For A Body Ache Without Any Variation In Temperature?

Following a stomach flu of 3 days duration- with fever, felt better for 5 days. Now feel achy again and as though I have fever, but not registering over 98.7 or so....overall aches and feeling unwell. Is this the virus that has not gone away or a new bug or something else?

Hi, I think you might need to get your blood tests to look for the cause of body aches. Meanwhile take healthy diet containing fruits, vegetables and salads. Take lots of fluids and maintain good hydration . You can take mild painkillers (NSAIDS) for bodyaches.Hope it helps.
