What Could Be The Large Brown Raised Place In My Chest?
Just in the past week a large brown raised place has appeared on my chest. Melanoma DOES run in my family, but this seems to have appeared out of nowhere. I do have lots of seborrhec ketoses but this does not look like those..can melanoma just appear like this?

Hi.
As per your case history of black spot, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on it.
3. Skin biopsy is needed for perfect diagnosis and treatment.
