What Could Be The Alternative Medicine For Nephrocaps Capsule Taken For Sugar Which Is No Longer Available?
Dear Sir,
I am diabetic patient since 2006 i have tested my diabetic dated 10-07-2013 result as per below
FASTING PLASMA GLUCOSE 132 mg/dl
FASTING URINE GLUCOSE ABSENT
POST PRANDIAL 2HR PL GLUCOSE 195 mg/dl
POST PRANDIAL 2 HR URINE GLUCOSE ABSENT
and Biochemistry report : CRETININE 1.6 Mg/dl
doctor suggest me to take STARVOG - 02 TAB before starting meal and after meal TRIBET -2 twice a day and NEPHROCAPS CAPSULE 1 in a day
NOW THE NEPHROCAPS CAPSULE not available in market ELDER Pharma has stop the production of this tab. so the doctor had change NEPHROSAVE TAB instead of NEPHROCAPS. please suggest me it is suitable for me or not.

nephrocap and nephrosave
both are basically multivitamins
that are prescribed in renal diseases
your creat is 1.6
probably chronic kidney disease
you can use them
or change them to whatever multivitamin u like
having said that
i would suggest you shift from tabs to insulin
in people who have kidney damage
insulin is a better medicine than tablets
i would definitely advice my patients against it
