What Could Be Causing Painful And Frequent Urination With Pressure Inside Vagina?

I am 58, female and have extremely painful and unusually frequent urination, but uti tests with cultures and courses of fluconazole and flygyl have not helped one bit. I have had this burning and pressure inside vagina like it is going to explode for three weeks ( I can't sit) and I am at my wits end not knowing what to do. I had HPV years ago, a cyst in my kidney which I was told not to worry about and low 6.2 BUN to creatinine ratio. It feels like when I had fibroids years ago. They say it might be vaginal atrophy? Any suggestions? I am going insane in pain.
