Hello,

Metoprolol is a beta blocker and the symptoms you have are the side effects of the same.

You need to change your medicine to another group if possible. Discuss with your doctor.

If not able to meet your doctor or if you have any other query, do get back to me.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Noble Zachariah,
Internal Medicine Specialist
