What Could 2 White Headed Bumps On Vagina Signify?

Hi, I'm Alyssa and 22 years old. I have recently been sexually active, which was I wanna say 3-4 weeks ago. About a week and a half ago I noticed these 2 bumps. It was white like a white head at first, now it seems to be going down. I had made a Appt with my Dr. today to get checked and tested for anything, he says they don't look like Herpes but its possible. Or it can be Hair Follicles. I then noticed the other day before I went this weird thing inside my Labia Minora, and tonight noticed 2 red areas. I have pictures if you need to see them to get a better idea to determine what you think it can be.
