Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

First you need to attach a picture of the hands to have a better idea of the hand discoloration.

A general biochemical check up would also help to rule common pathologies such as liver pathologies.

The weight loss is not related to thyroid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mirjeta Guni, Endocrinologist
