Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Intermittent lower back pain can have a multitude of causes. It is difficult to conclude if it has anything to do with your urine, e.g. does your urine smell, does it hurt when you void your bladder? If lower back pain is your only symptom, exercise usually does the trick. But I advise a physical examination to rule out issues with the sciatic nerve, kidney stones, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
