When he has just been I noticed some bright red lumps In with the watery stool, 2 minutes after I changed him, he went agoan, this time the stool was watery and red, I am quite concerned what this could be.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since the age of your son is just 4 and 1/2 months you should consult a Pediatrician as soon as possible.
Watery stools with blood in it can be dueto the intestinal infection and hence needs a proper clinical evaluation and examination as well as proper stool and blood tests so that a proper diagnosis and antibiotic treatment can be started to avoid further complications.
Also see that you do not try anything at home.
Continue feeding properly and if there is no improvement even on OPD basis, get admitted for a ew days if advised by your Pediatrician.
