General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The white coating on the tongue may be the candid infection.
Chancre may clear it self even with out treatment, and again it recurs.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment for canker.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms lactic acid bacilli, vitamin B complex, ofloxacin, and clotrimazole mouth lotion.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
