Hello I am a 20 year old male, I noticed the other week I had a large cluster of White spots on the tip of my penis (bellend excuse my French) they suddenly pealed leaving a slightly red skin beneath, it does not hurt in general or whilst passage water, there may be a slight itch every now and then but nothing to intense and nothing that wont go with readjusting myself. I thought that was the end of it until a few days ago I noticed a few little White spots that again pealed leaving red patches, there is no bleeding or fluid in the any spot as they seem well to small to contain any! When the skin is arrested they appear to be circles of dry patches, in water I am able to rub away the spots baring one or two. I have recently had unprotected sex with some1 I didn't know and no symptoms occurred to around 2weeks after. I was checked for STDs that showed no infection found, it is almost a month after the sexual contact and although it seems to be going I wanted to ask? I have also been on holiday and used a bar of soap to wash which I have never before & that's when the first signs speared after. Have any idea? Cheers
