What Causes White Muocusy Vomit And Frequent Bowel Movements?
I was sick during the night and then again when I woke up again this morning and have since sufferred frequent trips to the toilet to empty my bowels. Whilst I am quite sure I have a stomach upset I was a little alarmed to have what can only be described as the white of an egg amongst the mucus I brought up. What is this substance and should I be concerned ?

Sounds like a case of gastroenteritis. Make sure to stay hydrated. If you do not have a fever or blood in your stools, you can try Loperamide and/or Ondansetron.
