Hi, I am 16 years old, 123 pounds and 5'6". I have recently gotten heat rash in my underarm area on my right side. It is a very large part of my underarm and it's very itchy and bumpy. I put hydrocortizone with Aloe-Vera on it for a couple days and it seemed to be getting better. But last night I made the mistake of scratching the area (through my shirt) for several minutes because it wasn't hurting. This morning, now, the bumps have become white-headed looking like small pustules. What do I do now? I need help and I need this thing to go away... HELP :((
