What Causes White Discharge From Vagina?

I have a white discharge from my vagina and now have notice one bump on my butt crack. After intercourse last night my hisband noticed cottage cheese looking discharge around his penis. He has also been experiencing itching on his penis and anus and some tenderness. Could this be a yeast infection or something more serious?

Welcome to healthcare magic! It looks like candidiasis. You need to take antifungal pessaries and antifungal oral medicines. You should consult your doctor along with your husband. He also need to get treated.Otherwise the infection will recur.
