Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Milk secretion from the breast can be seen around ovulation and also during the early and late trimesters of pregnancy. It can also be seen with hyperprolactinemic states. Since your serum Prolactin levels are normal, this cause can be excluded. A complete physical examination is needed to exclude any significant pathology as cause for this secretion. If your tubes are patent, if you are ovulating regularly and there is no male factor concern, your chances of conception are good. Hope this helps.
