What Causes Wheezing And Acid Reflux In The Esophagus?

It feels like I have congestion in my esophagus. I am taking Prevacid more than once a month now, seems like it is everyday for acid reflex. I have a cough and some mucus and when I take a breath, I feel like I am weezing in my esophagus. What are your suggestions.

As you mentioned you have problem of acid reflux.
You have cough problem and difficult in breathing that may be because of respiratory infection.
Auscaltation of respiratory sound helpful in diagnosis.
Consult your doctor for further diagnosis.

For acid reflux pronto pump inhibitor drugs helpful.
Avoid gaseous foods, citrus foods, too fatty foods ,alcohol drinking ,chocolate etc...
Take a small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid immeadiate lying down after meal.
Elevate your head during sleeping time.
