Hi,

Feeling flabby and I seem to get colds, flu, and constipation more often. Regular cardio and mild exercise with a proper diet can help you get-out of flabby feeling and constipation.

Cold, flu can also get better with exercise since it improves immunity. you can take anti-cold medication for a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
