What Causes Weakness And Dizziness With A History Of Ear Infections?

Im 28 yrs old. I have a history of inner ear infections and anemia. I woke this morning at 3am due to feeling extremely hot and sweaty. I attempted to stand but threw up. I tried rolling left and right. Right was especially bad. The room spun as if I were on a ride. I laid on my back and tried to sleep. The feeling nausea was too much..any movement resulted in me vomiting. I have no insurance. I still feel weak and dizzy.

Spinning sensation, vomiting of acute onset with past history of inner ear infections can indicate labrynthitis, which is infection/inflammation of inner ear. Most commonly viral mediated following common cold.Treatment involves vestibular suppressants like cinnarizine(stugeron) to be taken twice daily. You may have to consult your doctor for the same.
