hi,i am pregnant,14weeks.yesterday i got water like discharge accompanied by some blood during urination[once].there was no pain only uneasy feeling in the vagina.the doctor carried out antenatal chekup and prescribed taxim 200,susten200,ecosprin75,azitus500 etc.i would like to know whether these tablets have side effects. i have thyroid, polyceastic ovary, probably endriometriosys

there is genetic scan which is done at 13 week and 20 weeks. genetic scan exactly can tell you if any damage to fetus. you can be sure about it by genetic scan by fetal medicine expert.
with medication thyroid hormone should be in normal range so that baby's IQ level do not get affected. Many women have PCOS these days. it is not so rare disease.
Ecosprin 75:Pregnancy Category C :
Animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks.
taxim 200, susten 200 and azitus 500 are safe as well.
