What Causes Watery Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain, Stomach Sickness And Nausea After Eating?
Day one started with severe left abdominal pain that radiated toward my back. Got sick to stomach and was not able to use restroom. Stayed in pain and nauseous all day. Finally decided to try some mag citrate and have had watery diarrhea since. Got a little bit of appetite back on 2nd day but after eating supper got bad back ache in lower left side. Lasted throughout next day. Did not eat and had watery diarrhea that day. Finally felt better around 9pm and ate now pain is back. What s wrong?

Hello,
You may be suffering from acute gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or food intolerence or infection or irritable bowel syndrome etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid processed carbohydrates. Take a high fibre diet, drink plenty of water.
Get it done ultrasound abdomen and stool examination. Use syrp lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
