HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, color of vomiting may be due to the diet taken, if this is single bout of vomiting and you are not having any other symptoms like chronic illness, fever, diarrhea, or any other serious medical condition then it is nothing to worry, such vomiting could be due to dyspepsia, now for the pain it could be muscular vague pain, it could be nonspecific pain, if the pain persist then it could be colic, may be renal colic, intestine colic, and other, and it can only be confirmed with investigations. just be patience and it will be fine every thing hope this information helps.
