Hello,

Drinking too much alcohol can even lead to gastritis, which is when your stomach lining gets irritated, inflamed, and erodes. It can be alcohol poisoning too. Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Drink fluids.
-Get some carbohydrates into your system.
-Avoid darker-colored alcoholic beverages.
-Take a pain reliever but not Tylenol.
-Drink coffee or tea.
-Take vitamin B6.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
