What Causes Varying Size Of Testicles?

Hi Doctor I am 27 years Old ..I do master basin Monthly twice or thrice ...My right ball is bigger than the left ball ..i don't have any pain ..i am normal also my sperm count is 89...i would like to know any thing i need to change or it will affect the count

Nothing is going to change the sperm count, which so much normal.
So you need not change anything. Just continue the way it is going.
Yes: for the feeling of enlargement of right testis , you may please take an opinion of a Urologist and undergo ultrasonography with color doppler studies to confirm whether this is just a normal / physiological enlargement or there is something like infection or a small hydrocele that is causing an apparent enlargement.
Nothing to worry till then.
