What Causes Urine Leakage?

I am 39 yr old male. I have a problem with urine and poo leaking when i cough, sneeze, laugh, or exert energy during sports. I have been to the doc many times with no success so i am trying to research myself, i have been diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer ten years or so ago. Any ideas??

Hai,
Cough, sneeze, laugh all will cause increase in intra abdominal pressure that leads to urination or urine leakage. increased pressure inside the abdomen cavity will compress the urinary bladder, that causing you involuntary urinary leakage.
it happens to everybody.
duodenal ulcer didnt have any influence of the urination.

taking proper treatment for Cough and avoiding/reducing activity which increase the intra abdominal pressure will solve your problem.

thank you
hope i answered your query
