What Causes Urination Frequency With No Apparent Symptoms?

I have a severe, constant feeling I need to urinate. Its not a bladder or UT infection. No medicines have helped...antibiotics, VESlcare, Prosed DS - but nothing has worked. I don t have kidney stones. My bladder looks fine. The doctors don t knwo what it is??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The reason can be from autonomic dysfunction, sphincter issues or neurologic disturbances apart from the ruled out causes as mentioned in the query.

I would like to readdress the issue with scanned copies of the previous reports from your side if you wish.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
