What Causes Upper Central Stomach Pain In Sleep?
I have episodes of waking from sleep with upper central stomach pain pain increases, feel nausiated, heart rate rapidly increases sweat profusely, followed by shallow breathing, feel faint. Recover after about ten minutes feeling tiered and weak any ideas of what might be going on?

You suddenly going to be wake up at night that mostly sugestive of gastric ulcer or gastritis.
Avoid stress.
Avoid spicy food and don't smoke.
Excessive tea, coffee is to be avoided.
Take rabeprazole with domperidone for few days.
With this treatment mostly you will get relief.
If still no benefit then we will think further.
