Suggest Cure For Stomach Pain Leading To Breathing Problem And Back Pain

I have occasional middle to upper stomach pain that makes it hard to breathe and causes back pain. It causes a feeling that i need to vomit. It will happen once every month or two. Makes it impossible to sleep and seems to only happen when i m trying to sleep.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the upper and middle abdomen that makes it hard to breathe and causes back pain too particularly on sleeping.
This indicates that there is some problem in the back part of the abdomen or the lungs.
This can be due to gastric ulcer or pancreatitis or any organ problem at the back of the thorax or abdomen.
I would advise you the following:
Contrasts enhanced CT scan of the abdomen can help to get the reason.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon.
Once get diagnosed , get treated.
