What Causes Tightness In Stomach?
For the last two days my stomach has felt very tight and knotted, almost like I have overeaten at a meal. It is not nausea or painful, just uncomfortable. I'm wondering if I could have caught a stomach bug. I'm not running any fever and there are no other symptoms.
