USG abdomen done to rule out any obstructive cause if present . For vomitting domperidone tablet given .. Maintain hydration..... If diarrhea associated then it could be gastroenteritis and antibiotic also given... Maintain hydration. . Fruit juice more . Irritants like smoking , spicy foods , excess tea and non veg avoided.. If symptoms if dehydration present then normal saline pint needs to be given.... So consult physician for examination and according to investigation if needed. Take care
