What Causes The Feeling Of Electric Shock In Body With Vomiting And Diarrhea?
over the past few weeks I have been getting this feeling in my body and it feels like and electric shock shooting through me. I am now vomiting and have dirreha as of 2 days ago. I had lab work done and it came back normal. I cant sleep because of this and it wont go away. No one seems to know what is causing this. I am on Prestiq, clonazepam, prilosec, and percocet. I have been on this medication for years. Do you have any idea what this could be? Should I go back to the hospital?

Usually, during sneezing or coughing or vomiting, there is increased intracranial pressure and flexion of the neck, which may cause further spinal cord or nerve root compression leading to shock like sensation. This symptom is seen in multiple myeloma or vitamin B12 deficiency or cervical spondylosis etcetera.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your neurophysician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
