Hi, Your symptoms more indicating towards urinary tract infection with milder form of symptom like burning micturition without urgency. As you have written that your burning micturition started after flu so there is a possibility that UTI develop as blood born infection following inappropriate treatment of flu. So you should consult a physician for proper investigation and treatment. some investigations should be done to evaluate the conditions like Total blood count, DLC, Blood culture, R/E of urine, culture and sensitivity of urine.
