What Causes Terrible Cramps In The Body?
Hello there, a good friend of mine who i have seen this evening while i was there had terrible cramps down both sides of there body from unerneath the rib cage down wards. these were alternating at first starting first on the left hand side, then the right and ending up both sides, what could this be? also they were getting cramps in toes when relaxing too?
