I am a 22 year old female. About 9 months ago I went through some traumatic changes in my life that led to stress, excessive weight loss and other issues. When these did not get better I developed anorexia, that then slowly turned into bulemia. After about 3 months I realized I'd never had a period, and here I am 9 months later and I'm still not getting my period. I've put SOME weight back on finally and my stress level is a lot less now. In the last two weeks I've developed a large bruise around my right nipple, tender breasts, cramping, bloating, fatigue and incurable hunger. I've taken pregnancy tests and they're all negative. I'm not sure what to do. I'm too embarrassed to talk to anyone about what's been going on. Help me if you can, please.
