What Causes Tender Breast And Cramps And Pregnancy Test To Be Negative?
I have PCOS and am currently getting fertility treatment. I m on clomid, this is my first month. I had posutive home ovulation test this time and timed intercourse. But I have had breast tenderness for 14 days and cramps for 13 days. I am late on my period, I spotted a little bit yesterday but back to nothing today. Took a pregnacy test and it was negative. Not sure what could be going on.

The symptoms can either be pre-menstrual or due to pregnancy. False negative pregnancy test results can occur especially when tested early. So, if you do not get your period in the next few days, please take a home pregnancy test with the first-morning urine sample.
