Your physical examination should be done first ...

Your posterior pharynx , ear examination done along with lymph node and gland palpation.....

If swollen lymph node and gland if present FNAC taken to rule out its nature. ..

Symptomatic management done ...

If congestive symptoms present antihistaminic drug given for that ...

Salt water gargles also useful ....

More water ...Spicy foods restricted. ..

If inflammation more short term steroid needed. ...

Try to get rid off smoking habit ..
As smoking very much injurious to health ...

Consult ENT surgeon for examination ...
