What Causes Swollen Breasts,dizziness And Nausea?

hi im 36 my breast have been sore for the last and a little swollen. the other day i got a little dizzy and felt nauseous. i had my tubes tied 3 years ago so i know im not pregnant. but breast cancer does run in my family my grandma died after 15 years of fighting cancer.

Hi,

Breast soreness also happens during post ovulation period. Nausea will also be there sometimes. Don't worry. Just observe when the soreness is starting and nausea too. If it is happening after your ovulation period and subsiding during or after the periods it's normal. If this is not the case then take an ultrasound of the breast or a USG mammogram. Take some pain killers during soreness.
