What Causes Swelling Of Penis With Loss Of Friction?

Yes. Had sex yesterday, after which left side of penus close to head was swollen. There was lot of friction and my head going in and out of vagina opening. It's not painful at all and didnt notice until I removed condom. Today it went down about 20%.

Hello!
Well, you answered your own question.

If you did not use lubricant of any sort, this is very, very common. It happens to about 99% of males from all ages.

If it is "on the spot" kind of sex, and maybe you started before she was fullly arroused (THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU DID NOT "turn her on") but sometimes it is difficult to fully stimulate the vagina.

Basically, you just caused friction, like if you masturbate without lubrication, the same thing will happen. It may feel like "cuts" on the head of the penis and stay red and swollen for a few days.

You will be fine. I promise.

Thanks!
