What Causes Swelling In Testis?

my 6 yr old boy has a swelling on one of his testus. Doctors doubted it as hydrosils or vericosile. Is it is necessary to have a surgery to cure it. He has no irritation or pain because of this. His fathere had surgery for vericosil and hydrosil before his birth.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Mostly filarial affection leads to hydrocoel in many.
A trial of antifilarial treatment is worth.
Hydrcoel reduces after treatment with Banocide.
If no improvement you may go ahead with surgery.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
