hello i was diagnosed with hpv in the end of 2010. i have been seeing blood on my stool for over three months. sometimes i have this discomfort in my right testicle. also my right testicle rigor thing becomes swallow.. wht could this be a sign of?
Hi. Thanks for your query. HPV (not HMV) infection may not be related to the blood in stool or discomfort in the right testicle.
The causes of blood on stool can be : Fissure-in-ano, piles, polyps, mass or cancer in the anus, rectum or colon.. You need to get checked by a Surgeon and undergo colonoscopy including good study of the anal are.
The cause of the discomfort and swelling in the right testicle / scrotum can be due to Epididymo-orchitis. This can be confirmed by a clinical examination by a Surgeon, preferably an Urologist; ultrasonography with Color Doppler study, tests of urine, blood and stool. Proper diagnosis will lead to a proper treatment.
