Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
You seem to have- Obesity induced -Coronary Artery Disease(CAD) and is caused by atherosclerosis. The extreme Blood pressure changes and hard physical working at 68 yrs age,are the causes of Sudden onset of angina pectoris- for last 2weeks.
The negligence due to overconfidence about the physical fitness in 20's, has lead to obesity(at least 25 % high-with 20 kg excess).
You need to take rest-
Reduce obesity and
reduce hard working hours, to come out of this angina recurrence.
Need to check for lipid profile and
be on Statins if needed
and on Aspirin and Clopidogrel- to reduce the narrowing in CAD.
I would suggest physical examination from doctor and needful treatment of CAD with Angina

For this to verify Second opinion from Cardiologist- doctor - would be needed.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
