Hi! Following atrial fibrillation pain abdomen could be due to embolisation of blood clot which could have blocked the intestinal vasculature. Blocking of intestinal blood vessels will lead to ischaemia (lack of blood supply) to the intestine. This will lead to all these symptoms. The next step to do is CT angiography of the abdomen which will show the blood vessels and blood supply completely. Also you have to investigate for reason for atrial fibrillation.
