What Causes Stoppage In Menstruation?
I've recently started taking the pill again after not being on for 3-4 months, I just ended the hormonal pills and am on the 2 days of the sugar pills and my period has not came yet. I've been having really weird symptoms of being on the pill and I can't till if it's because of that or pregnancy. I'm always very paranoid of becoming pregnant. Within the last week my nipples have been a little sore, today I had a little blood in my discharge. I'm nervous and don't know if I should take a pregnancy test. Please help with advice.

I understand your concern.
You have started hormonal pills after a gap,
- If you have started the pills in time after a normal period & after doctor 's consultation-also you have not missed a pill in between--You don't have a chance of conceiving.
- The weired symptoms you had, breast signs can be due to the hormones in the pill itself.
- When you have finished your hormone pills & are on sugar pills- you will get periods due to withdrawal bleeding. You can have it any time between 2-7 days of withdrawal of hormonal pills.& it seems you have already started it.( the tinge of blood in discharge)
Please wait for a couple of days more,you will get periods soon.
- start with new pack of pills as scheduled.
