What Causes Stomach Pain With Painful Urination And Stool?

My son is 11 years old. 5 days ago he started having stomach pains. I took him to the pediatrician on Tuesday. She tested his urine and found elevated bilirubin. We went for blood tests and all came back normal. That night we went to the ER because his pain was worse. They did ultrasound and blood and urine tests and all came back well. The pain is mostly across where his liver/stomach is, but has some tenderness around appendix. No fever this whole time and white count was normal. This morning he said it burns to poop or pee and is starting to get constipated.
